There are two premium plans: Family Mode at €0.99/month (€9.99/year) and Family Mode + SMS at €1.99/month (€19.99/year). Both can be cancelled at any time via your App Store or Google Play account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) under "Subscriptions". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are not refunded proportionally — this is Apple and Google policy.

Is there a free trial?

The free tier replaces the classic trial. You can use Corlo for free indefinitely and upgrade to premium at any time if you want more emergency contacts or SMS alerts.

What happens after cancellation?

You fall back to the free plan with one emergency contact and email alerts. No data is lost. SMS delivery and Family Mode pause. As soon as you resubscribe, both are immediately active again.

Are SMS delivery costs charged to me separately?

No. SMS delivery is included in the €1.99/month plan price. Up to 10 SMS per 30 days are included — enough for a full alert cycle to all 5 contacts. Your emergency contacts pay nothing for incoming SMS.

The automatic check-in is an optional feature: your device detects your movement locally and confirms a due check-in without you tapping. All processing stays on your device — no location tracking, no storage; only the check-in timestamp is sent to our servers. It is free in every plan, off by default, and complements your regular check-in reminder rather than replacing it.
